Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we can only ship to U.S. residents.

 

Return and refund policy

All physical items are Made-To-Order (personalized and non-personalized). Because of the nature of these items, unless the product arrives damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted.  If the item has arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the item(s) and we will be happy to help you out in replacing it or refunding the amount within 14 days of receiving the product. We will pay for shipment of  replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Should you have any questions regarding the item, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at customtrendsusa@hotmail.com.


Digital Downloadable Products

Our personalized digital download return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the download process has been initiated or completed. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact our customer support team at customtrendsusa@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, our representatives are not technology experts and their knowledge with technical questions and support is limited. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. 

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can track your package. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.

What are your delivery options?
We offer FREE standard shipping only for physical product orders. Digital Products with non-customizable options will be automatically sent to you via email once payment has been cleared. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders of your email. 

   Customizable Digital Files will be sent to you via email once the customization process has been completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. It is important to check your email junk and spam folders within this time period if you do not see the customized digital product in your inbox.
