Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we can only ship to U.S. residents.
Return and refund policy
All physical items are Made-To-Order (personalized and non-personalized). Because of the nature of these items, unless the product arrives damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted. If the item has arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the item(s) and we will be happy to help you out in replacing it or refunding the amount within 14 days of receiving the product. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Digital Downloadable Products
Our personalized digital download return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the download process has been initiated or completed. What are your delivery options?
We offer FREE standard shipping only for physical product orders. Digital Products with non-customizable options will be automatically sent to you via email once payment has been cleared. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders of your email.
Customizable Digital Files will be sent to you via email once the customization process has been completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. It is important to check your email junk and spam folders within this time period if you do not see the customized digital product in your inbox.
