Physical Items
All physical items are Made-To-Order (personalized and non-personalized). Because of the nature of these items, unless the product arrives damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted. If the item has arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the item(s) and we will be happy to help you out in replacing it within 14 days of receiving the product. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product and replacement product cost to us. Please note, we provide size charts for apparel and we can not refund based on fit issues. Make sure to check spelling of all customizable products before submitting the order. Digital Downloadable Products (Customizable and Non-Customizable)
Our personalized digital download return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the download process has been initiated or completed. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact our customer support team at customtrendsusa@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, our representatives are not technology experts and their knowledge with technical questions and support is limited. Please verify your address thoroughly before submitting your order. CUSTOM TRENDS is not responsible for refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order. This includes verifying the street name, house number, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
3. Address Changes
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact our customer service team immediately. While CUSTOM TRENDS will make every effort to assist in resolving address issues, changes can only be accommodated if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment.
4. Customization Accuracy
Before submitting your order, please ensure that all spelling on customizable options is correct. CUSTOM TRENDS is not responsible for refunds or replacements for errors in customization as these are not considered misprints. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all personalized details before finalizing the order.
5. Offensive or Inappropriate Customization
CUSTOM TRENDS reserves the right to reject any customization choices that are offensive, vulgar, promote hate, racism, or violence. We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment, and any designs or text that do not align with these values will not be accepted. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
6. Size Charts for Apparel
CUSTOM TRENDS provides size charts for all apparel items. Please consult these size charts to ensure you select the correct size for your needs. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for apparel due to sizing issues if the size chosen was based on the provided size chart.
7. Resolution of Issues
In the event that an issue arises with your order due to an incorrect address, customization error, or offensive content provided by you, CUSTOM TRENDS will assist in resolving the matter as best as possible. However, any costs associated with re-shipment, corrections, or adjustments will be the responsibility of the customer.
